Chronicles Of the Goddess: Act I

Prelude
Jasmine, The goddess of Love and Harmony,
Unquestioned and unmatched beauty,
And the Messenger, Gabriel, the 6th Archangel,
One with the strongest, iron will.

Up on the higher skies,
The heaven; the paradise.
The goddess and the messenger only met once,
At the Lord’s Royal ball, they danced.
Their eyes were caught by each other’s charms,
And as they danced, they held each other’s arms.

On the floor, time is fleeting faster,
He wished that it won’t cease forever.
They savoured each seconds that passed,
It was beautiful as it lasts.

One look and he fell in love deeply,
But the cruel reality and the great tragedy,
She is royalty, their love can never be.
Even so, she thought of him as a brother,
She crushed the heart of his true lover.

After their Waltz, Samba, Tango, and Lindy,
The door slammed with might wide open, it became very windy
The beast; the Devil crashed the party,
Everybody knew he was greedy,
He wants the land.

He raised his demonic hand,
And pointed his finger at the lord.
He then took a stand, and pulled his sword,
The demon started a war, and endless cycle of discord.

The demon left and laughed,
Knowing that it can never be stopped.
He then descends to hell,
The lord’s hope for the world fell.
Knowing that his people will suffer,
War has nothing good to offer,

The sky cried, and the lights died.
